Our oil is an organic product certified since 2017 by Bioagricert, a leading body in Italy in the certification of organic and quality agri-food production. Since 1984 Bioagricert has supported companies in the process of qualifying products and processes based on national and international regulations.

Terre Caudine extra virgin olive oil is periodically analyzed at the chemical-merchandise laboratory of the Rome Chamber of Commerce; an organoleptic evaluation is also carried out according to the relevant European Union regulations.
